SUMMARY:Rolex Middle Sea Race
DESCRIPTION:The Rolex Middle Sea Race is a highly rated offshore classic\, often mentioned in the same breath as the Rolex Fastnet\, The Rolex Sydney – Hobart and Newport-Bermuda as a “must do” race. The Royal Malta Yacht Club and the Royal Ocean Racing Club co-founded the race in 1968 and 2018 will be the 39th Edition and the 50th anniversary from the start of this race. \nThe race is a true challenge to skippers and crews who have to be at their very best to cope with the often changeable and demanding conditions. Equally\, the race is blessed with unsurpassed scenery with its course\, taking competitors close to a number of islands\, which form marks of the course. Ted Turner described the MSR as “the most beautiful race course in the world”. \n \n

SUMMARY:Rolex Swan Cup
DESCRIPTION:The Rolex Swan Cup is a biennial event celebrating the virtuous collaboration between title sponsor Rolex\, the Nautor’s Swan shipyard and the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda\, organiser of the event. The regatta attracts a large fleet of yachts that represents the entire history of the Nautor’s Swan “family”. In the last edition of 2017\, a record number of participations was registered with more than 120 registered boats. Led by internationally renowned sailors\, the “swans of the sea” will face each other from 9 to 16 September in the unique setting of the La Maddalena Archipelago\, alternating the challenges at sea with exclusive social moments on the ground. \nKings’ Legend will participate in the daily races. SUMMARY:Rolex Giraglia Cup
DESCRIPTION:The Rolex Giraglia Cup is truly a classic event. As legend has it\, the race was created on an evening in December 1952 when Beppe Croce\, President of Yacht Club Italiano\, René Levainville\, President of Yacht Club de France\, and Franco Gavagnin were enjoying a long dinner in a Parisian bistro. They envisioned the race from Saint-Tropez to Genoa as a challenge between yachts that could also be seen as a challenge between Italy and France that would favour relations after the Second World War. \nFor the first edition of the Giraglia Cup in 1953 there were twenty-two boats at the start. The number of participants grew steadily and in 1997 the event changed its name with the arrival of an important sponsor to become the Rolex Giraglia Cup. In 1998 Yacht Club de France began organising three days of races in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez before passing this part of the event on to the Société Nautique de Saint-Tropez in 2002. \nToday\, the Rolex Giraglia Cup has exceeded its founder’s expectations to become a must-do event that attracts hundreds of crews\, both amateur and professional\, and all kinds of yachts from all around the world. Serious competition on the water is followed by serious fun in the evening\, thanks to the event’s title sponsor. It’s a sporting event that is truly a blend of passion\, competition\, fair play\, glamour and “joie de vivre”. \nKings’ Legend will participate in the daily races. We start with 2-3 training days. Suitable for 10 crew members. \nSchedule of Events \n8 – 16 June 2017\nSt. Tropez – Giraglia – Genoa \n2 trainingdays\n3 Inshore race days and  1 offshore race. DESCRIPTION:There are few races in the world with so much history and even fewer with the special atmosphere of midnight start\, but certainly none can boast a race course like the one that the Gulfs of Naples\, Gaeta and Salerno can offer. \nThe  64th Regata dei Tre Golfi starts from Naples\, Santa Lucia cove on Friday the 11th\, at midnight\, and will end in Capri following a course rounding the island of Ponza and Li Galli.
